Born in Akron OH, Dion has excelled in the culinary industry as one of the top Chefs in North East Ohio. Starting in High School he realized he had a love for flavor and from there it was no looking back. After leaving the banking industry Dion dove into being a Chef headfirst.
Starting cooking out of his own kitchen Chef Dion has over 4 years of creating Michelin Star quality food for clients worldwide. Currently, he cooks for multiple NFL, and NBA athletes - like Mack Wilson and Hollywood Higgins to name a few. He also works closely with their dieticians such as FWDFuel to make sure their stringent nutritional needs are met so they can perform at max capacity.
